It sounds something like: Muffin with peanut butter 🤤🤤 and the best of all is that it will take you just a few minutes to prepare.
We clearly know that the majority of our GFIT ACTIVEWEAR community are lovers of exercise, some of us go to the gym, others at home, but we follow that exercise channel and the idea is not to provide you with recipes or take you to meals that damage this process.
In fact, this recipe is free of dairy, buttocks, or refined sugar, it is very delicious and if you are in the process of increasing muscle mass, it fits you perfectly.

You will need the following ingredients for the Peanut Butter Muffin Recipe:
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of almond flour
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 6 ounces unsweetened coconut yogurt
You must initially spray a cup with cooking spray, and you will deposit the previously mentioned ingredients minus the yogurt.
Then you should mix well for several minutes
You will take this mixture to the microwave, and you will set a timer of 1:30, that is, one minute and 30 seconds.
You will remove and on top, place a layer of the coconut yogurt
